Novatech Studio started with a simple observation: the best software teams we had worked in were small, senior, and accountable for outcomes. The agencies we had hired were none of those things.
So we built the studio we wished existed. No layers of account management, no junior bench billed as seniors, no surprises at invoice time. Just a tight team of engineers and designers who sit in your stand-ups, own the roadmap with you, and ship every week.
